The ordering, and delivery processes were faultless and the product was of a very high standard. Well trimmed and super tasty.and good value for such high quality.

Great on a hot grill or pan, would suggest letting it crisp up a little and have it Korean bbq style - wrapped in lettuce with some kimchi, raw garlic and/or ssamjang.

Much like a good steak, prefect with simple seasoning (even just salt) and searing on a ripping how pan. Enjoy the nutty flavour of the pork!

I’ve bought this multiple times now. Great marinade, love chucking it in the oven low and slow to render all that fat.
