Wonderfully tasty and generous portion! Even as a big eater 300 +/- did me for three whole sittings, such rich and buttery flavour. Would certainly order this product again.
I did find the cooking times to be quite overstated however. For a nice rare / medium rare finish, on a 1.5/2cm thick steak, I found 20-30 seconds a side on a (smoking hot pan) to be just right.

We lived in Spain for 21 years and loved Iberico pork chops. Although expensive in the UK Meat me at home Iberico Chops are well worth it. The taste is delicious..

The Criollos formed part of a post New Year celebrations brunch, and they went down a treat. The previous evening saw us enjoying the Iberico pork cheeks which were superb. Both the sausages and the cheeks formed part of my very first order which was delivered bang on time and perfectly packed. A big thank you to all of the team at MMH - I’ll certainly becoming back for more!
I followed the instructions to defrost the meat slowly over 24-36 hours.
Then seasoned with pepper and salt and warmed the meat up slowly at 80C in the oven for about 1h.
The fat started softening and fusing into the meat.
Then I seared it on a griddle at high temperature. No need for oil or butter.
The outside gets nice crisp while the inside remains slightly pink after a few minutes on each side.
The fat essentially disappears leaving a very tender meat.
Served sliced thinly against the grain.
Absolutely delicious.
