With a flavourful mix of paprika, garlic, salt, thyme, rosemary, and a hint of cayenne pepper, this aromatic blend works wonders as a dry rub, forming a savoury crust on your rotisserie chicken. For an even richer flavour, mix the spices with mustard and oil, then massage into the chicken skin for an infusion of taste.

1. Roasted Chicken Breasts

• Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 2 tbsp roasted chicken spice blend, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt to taste.
• Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and the roasted chicken spice blend. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.

2. Roasted Chicken-Spiced Potatoes

• Ingredients: 500g baby potatoes, 2 tbsp roasted chicken spice blend, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt to taste.
• Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Halve the baby potatoes and toss with olive oil, roasted chicken spice blend, and a pinch of salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden. Serve as a side dish or snack.
