Extra Virgin Olive Oil 01 (Early Harvest) by Kalios
01 Early Harvest Olive Oil by Kalios is a premium extra virgin olive oil crafted from olives harvested early in the season and selected by 2-Star chef Christophe Aribert. This artisanal oil boasts a vibrant green color and robust flavour, with notes of freshly cut grass and green apple. Its low acidity and high polyphenol content make it a versatile and healththy addition to a variety of dishes, showcasing the best of Greek olive oil craftsmanship.
The Koroneiki olives are harvested by hand from century-old trees, then brought to the mill on the day of harvest to produce an exceptional nectar.
Served at the table of the greatest chefs.
