How to prepare your chicken legs

Simple Step-by-Step Recipes for Herb-Fed Chicken Legs

1. Oven-Roasted Herb-Fed Chicken Legs

• Source of Heat: Oven
• Temperature: 200°C

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Pat the chicken legs dry with a paper towel and season with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs (e.g., thyme, rosemary).
3. Place the legs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is golden and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

• Temperature: 200°C (Oven)

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
