Herb-Infused Creamy Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

• 500g diced chicken
• 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 200ml heavy cream (or double cream)
• 1 tsp dried thyme (or fresh if available)
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp paprika (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the chicken:
• Season the diced chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
2. Sauté the chicken:
• Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
• Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. Cook the aromatics:
• In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil or butter if needed.
