How to prepare your chicken thighs

Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs

1. Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season Chicken: Rub chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Bake: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
4. Check Doneness: Ensure internal temperature is 165°F (74°C).

Stove-Top Pan-Seared Chicken Thighs

1. Heat Pan: Add a splash of oil to a skillet and heat over medium-high.
