Sanbaizu vinegar by The Wasabi Company is a traditional Japanese condiment made from rice vinegar, soy sauce, and mirin. This versatile vinegar provides a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savoury flavours, enhancing a variety of dishes. It is ideal for use in dressings, marinades, and dipping sauces, as well as for adding depth to sushi, salads, and grilled vegetables. - Amazake (rice, koji yeast, water)

- Kombu seaweed

- Hon mirin (rice, koji yeast, alcohol - 0.34% total volume)
