Fantastic marbling - probably the best you can get for a Halal UK steak in the UK

Delicious, plenty of marbling, cooked rapidly in olive oil. Served with patatas bravas and salad. Lovely Valentine dinner for us. We'll be back for more.

Really great marbling on this meat. It was quite tender as well. Don't really see why I'd spend more for a Sirloin when this does the trick.

Thanks again for amazing quality product, I cooked it in pressure cooker, then thinly sliced and used it for sandwiches. Delicious!!

Whilst expensive the cost is nullified by the superb quality of the meat. Never tasted steak approaching such superb quality.

Great piece of kit

Needed quite a bit of trimming but meat was excellent tasty and tender - it would have been better if the cheeks were similar sized and they did shrink a fair bit on cooking.
