White Truffles (Tuber Magnatum Pico)
Season: October – December
The most sought-after of all truffles, our Italian White Truffles are foraged in the renowned region of Umbria. Prized for their intoxicating aroma and delicate, earthy flavour, they are available only for a short season each year, a true gourmet delicacy to be savoured at its peak.

Black Autumn Truffles (Tuber Uncinatum)
Season: September – November
Native to England and foraged in the lush woodlands of Herefordshire, our Black Autumn Truffles offer a beautiful balance between the light, nutty notes of summer truffles and the deeper, more intense aromas of the winter variety. Slightly milder yet wonderfully fragrant, these truffles bring a refined, distinctly British touch to your dishes.
Once the Autumn Truffle season concludes, we will transition to the Black Winter Truffle, typically available from late November onwards.
