Its great being able to order a whole fillet so that I could prepare it myself.
You'd need to go a long way to beat the flavor & marbling in a Wagu X, plus it's British produce, so a win all round.
A wonderful piece of meat. Roasted this simply with garlic, rosemary and potatoes as I did not want the flavour of the goat meat to be overwhelmed. Looking forward to cooking this again - would be great in the summer on the barbecue with a zesty tabouleh.

Cooked for 3.5 hours for 3.kg. Grilled the top at the last 10 mins. Feeding 10 people. Unbelievable taste and the fat was simply delicious. A real winner.
